Steps

	1.	Submit	Filing at the consular department of the Vietnam representative offices abroad.
	2.	To receive dossiers, consider and resolve	Consular officers examine, evaluate the dossiers; Filled profile cases, invalid, consular officers receive dossiers for settlement; profile cases of missing or invalid, the consular officer guidance for applicants remake.
	3.	Verify (if necessary)	In case you need to verify the representations submitted written requests to verify the competent authorities.
	4.	Returns results	Get results in consular department of the Vietnam representative offices abroad (See the list of Vietnam representative offices abroad in the electronic information pages below for information about the address, schedule for filing and receiving the results).

	1.	The declaration (form TP / HT-2012-TKGH)
	2.	Paper guardian appointed guardian appointed by the establishment. If more than one person who is nominated guardian, all must sign guardianship papers election.
	3.	The list of assets, in which case the ward to own property, which clearly indicates that the status of the property, with the signatures of the appointed guardian and the person who is appointed guardian (asset portfolio is made 03 copies, 01 copies saved in Vietnam missions, where registration of guardianship, 01 delivered to the guardian, 01 delivered to the appointed guardian).
	4.	Copy of passport or valid substitute papers of registration of guardianship (produce the original for comparison) or certified true copy (in case of sending documents by mail shall submit a certified copy ).
